Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin is named after our grandfather, Jacobus Alfons, known to his friends and family as Bob or Bobby. It was his recipe that inspired us. It took us almost two years to make Bobby’s, a very fine and balanced distilled gin. Eight botanicals all separately distilled. No additives, sugars or extractions. Simply pure taste. A fresh take on a timeless classic.

Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr owes its unique character to the botanicals used to produce it. Juniper berries, sage leaves and lemon zest are left to macerate in a solution of water and alcohol for a long time; after that, double distillation takes place, clearing the liquid from possible unwanted hints and leading to an elegant distillate with a fine, clean bouquet.

You’re greeted immediately with zesty tangerines and orange blossom, followed by an underlying sourish hint of the saffron. DelRey Tangerine Saffron Gin gives a full-mouth feel and has a long, soft finish.
Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin is produced at the Southwestern Distillery. Made with botanicals from around the world, including handpicked Devon violets. For a very Cornish Martini, add five parts gin with one part dry vermouth and add a drop of Tarquin’s Cornish Pastis.
It is said that pink is the colour of fun, frivolity and flamboyance, this is certainly true of Bombaim’s pink gin. Made from four different red berries of the choicest selection, Bombaim pink gin serves out deliciously sweet and fruity flavours, immediately refreshing but bold and satisfying. Bobby’s Jenever gin is a modern interpretation of a classic jenever bottle. The creators Sebastiaan and David, have brought the classic ‘kruik’ bottle to the 21st century with a strong and modern interpretation of its shape and made in beautiful green glass. For this version they have collaborated with Herman Jansen based in Schiedam, the Netherlands. It is here, in the jenever capitol of the world, that Herman Jansen elaborated this malt wine gin distilled with juniper, lemongrass, cardamom and pepper.

Tenjaku Gin combines a distillation composed of more than 10 Western botanicals with a distinct Japanese essence: fresh, seasonal peaches from the Yamanashi region, sansho pepper, with a unique zest not found in Eastern spices, yuzu, with its aroma evocative of Japan, and green tea, with its appealing astringent and herbal aroma. Together, these flavors create a botanical gin with one-of-a-kind, authentic taste.
An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It’s produced at The Shed Distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.
A total of twelve botanicals are used to make this powerful, full-bodied London dry gin, including juni¬per, orange, cinnamon, paradise seed, Madagascan vanilla and cardamom. On the nose, DelRey Premium London Dry Gin is a smooth gin with a predominant scent of citrus, complemented by soft notes of vanilla and a powerful hint of juniper berries. The palate is powerful and spicy. The juniper and cardamom are clearly present and are complemented by sweet, warm notes of vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. The finish is tight, long and heaty due to the grains.
DelRey’s new Smoked Gin adds an earthy, unusual dimension to your Gin experience. Quite distinct from the classic London Dry, our Smoked Gin conjures up a smoky accent to your gin drink or cocktail. Accompanied by a rush of caraway, clove and seaweed flavours, the smokiness adds a savoury element to your drink. This gin is crafted with 12 distinct botanicals smoked in applewood and birch which enhance the signature piney and peppery flavour of the juniper. The resulting palate is smoky, accompanied by comforting undertones of roasted nuts and rich herbals.
Our beautiful pale pink Dry Gin was inspired by the abundance of botanicals growing wild on our wine estate near Saint Tropez and living in an area steeped in the history of world-famous perfume trade, we set out on a new journey to create a truly unique and original gin.
