Bobby’s Jenever gin is a modern interpretation of a classic jenever bottle. The creators Sebastiaan and David, have brought the classic ‘kruik’ bottle to the 21st century with a strong and modern interpretation of its shape and made in beautiful green glass. For this version they have collaborated with Herman Jansen based in Schiedam, the Netherlands. It is here, in the jenever capitol of the world, that Herman Jansen elaborated this malt wine gin distilled with juniper, lemongrass, cardamom and pepper.

Starts with soft oatmeal notes paired with zesty, fresh citrus. Lively herbal notes are smoothened on a background of sweet, soft wheat bread and toasted hazelnuts with a hint of vanilla. Flavour continues with juniper, caramelized hazelnuts and cardamom, balanced with Indonesian spice and rewarding herbaceous notes.
The flavour is carried by a smooth, warming texture. Fiery ginger root and spicy cubeb pepper create a fresh spicy kick and tingling sensation in the finish.

A total of twelve botanicals are used to make this powerful, full-bodied London dry gin, including juni¬per, orange, cinnamon, paradise seed, Madagascan vanilla and cardamom. On the nose, DelRey Premium London Dry Gin is a smooth gin with a predominant scent of citrus, complemented by soft notes of vanilla and a powerful hint of juniper berries. The palate is powerful and spicy. The juniper and cardamom are clearly present and are complemented by sweet, warm notes of vanilla, cardamom and cinnamon. Christian Drouin is a well-known and much-adored Calvados producer, but the distillers have put aside the traditional French spirit for something a little different – gin!
