This rum is made from Jaggery, a traditional sort of sugar produced in India from dates, cane juice or palm sugar. On the nose this rum is rich with fresh, slightly grassy cane notes, with a deep woodspice aroma and tropical fruit, particularly pineapple and overripe banana.
