It takes coriander seeds, fennel, chamomile, ginger and lemongrass botanicals from India as well as others from all over the world to create the citrus-forward gin.

A cricket bat is a thing of beauty. Until it breaks and is relegated to a corner of the house. We have given these bats a second life by giving them a nice shave and soaking them in a vat of our greater than gin. The bats might be gone, but their spirit lives on in this bottle.
Third Eye Distillery’s latest limited edition is aged in ex-sherry casks for over a year and infused with wild honey and cascara (the husk of cofee cherry). This cask aged gin is meant to be sipped on the rocks just like an old- fashioned cocktail and comes with a grapefruit garnish spray” with each bottle.
