Meticulously distilled in small batches from a refined rice-based spirit, this exquisite gin harmonizes 16 botanicals, including the rare Macedonian juniper berries and a selection of exotic Indian herbs. Infused with butterfly pea flower post-distillation, Nisaki reveals a mesmerizing indigo hue and a captivating color-changing allure. The color changes with every addition of a mixer, creating a NISAKI that mirrors the creator’s individuality.
