Matured for eighteen long years in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels, this whisky is then beautifully enriched by superior Premier Grand Cru Classe Bordeaux red wine barriques from the South of France. The result is an incredibly rich and fruity whisky, with flavours of cooked raspberries, warm spice, rich caramel and crème anglaise.

Penderyn’s Celt single malt, in a fancy newly designed bottle. This expression from the Welsh distillery is treated to a finish in casks that previously held peated whisky, imparting elegant wisps of smoky peat alongside the creamy vanilla and biscuity barley at its core.

A well-balanced single malt Irish whiskey, Sexton has been created by master distiller Alex Thomas and is made with 100% Irish malted barley. It is triple distilled before being aged in ex-oloroso sherry casks, giving it a rich, fruity character with notes of honeycomb.
Wolfburn has finally come of age. Northland is the first, and ongoing, release from the Scottish mainland’s northernmost distillery. This is a light, sweet and fragrant whisky, with notes of fruit, nuts and a hint of peat.

Bourbon cask maturation and an aged oloroso sherry finish produce a honeyed sweetness that offer notes of warm spice, banana, soft citrus and a finish of freshly ground coffee and dark chocolate.
A delicious no-age-statement dram from Glenmorangie, some of the spirit in Signet has been made using a unique heavily roasted chocolate malt that really beefs up the rich flavours. The packaging is impressive, too.
Dalmore 12 is aged for the first nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before half is transferred to ex-oloroso sherry casks for the final three years. The result is a whisky with a combination of sweetness and rich, sherried flavours.
Glenmorangie’s ‘X’ expression is a special kind of single-malt that’s been made for mixing. It’s the result of a collaboration with a range of veteran bartenders. It’s famously versatile, and comes in an eye-catching bottle.
Glenmorangie’s Nectar d’Or is a 12 Year Old whisky finished in Sauternes casks. This is sweet and spicy with notes of ginger, nutmeg lemon meringue and honeycomb.
Brenne is the world’s first single malt aged exclusively in both new French Limousin Oak barrels and Cognac casks. Founded by former ballerina turned whisky entrepreneur, Allison Parc, Brenne was started with Allison’s small life savings and a big dream to show terroir (a sense of place in the smell and taste) is possible when making great single malt whisky. She created Brenne from seed to spirit, with a third-generation Cognac maker at this family farm-distillery in the heart of Cognac, France.
