This wine expresses notes of lemon & citrus on the nose. The palate has crisp acidity from the grapes that are attained naturally thanks to the cold winter nights. Partial malolactic & barrel fermentation followed by ageing in French oak for 6 months adds complexity to this wine supplementing the buttery textures that comes naturally from Chardonnay grapes.
