Inspired by its traditional use in the making of medic¬inal teas, we’ve used the vibrant Hibiscus flower to create a delicious gin unlike any you’ve experienced before. The floral pink accents, herbaceous aroma and tangy essence result in a finely balanced gin that is both fanciful and fun. Over nine botanicals are used to distill this highly adored floral gin, including juniper berries, carda¬mom, liquor ice, citrus fruits and the very unique Anda Liman pepper from the island of Sumatra! The hibiscus flower is the main botanical of this floral Delray Hibiscus Gin, which also gives this gin its ambrosial pink color.

This is a floral gin on the nose and palate, accompa¬nied by notes of juniper berries and cardamom, but with a surprising and brisk rush of the peppers. A blooming hibiscus note on the back palate is prom¬inent. The citrus fruits combined with the hibiscus flower ensure a sweet yet fresh, long finish.

Our gin is made in a recognizably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, Akamatsu wood chips (Japanese red pine), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Bottled at 45.7% abv, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and pure ground water sourced from the famous sake-brewing district of Fushimi. A curious gin from Monkey 47, produced in Germany’s Schwarzwald – also known as the Black Forest – and made with an impressive combination of no less than 47 botanicals. This medley of ingredients includes fruits and herbs that are native to the Black Forest, as well as exotic Asian botanicals, including elderberries, mint, almonds, jasmine, ginger, Vervain and camomile, to name a few. Understandably complex, the palate finds a delicate balance between notes of juniper, citrus, sweet flowers, bitter fruit and peppery spices that lends itself well to use in cocktails such as Martinis and Gimlets, as well as being mixed with tonic and garnished with a slice of orange.
