The Saffron used in the making of this gin is specially imported from an area near the foothills of the Himalayas in India. This botanical also gives this one-of-a-kind gin its striking yellow colour. This gin is citrusy and sweet on the nose. You’re greeted immediately with zesty tangerines and orange blossom, followed by an underlying sourish hint of the saffron.
