Meticulously distilled in small batches from a refined rice-based spirit, this exquisite gin harmonizes 16 botanicals, including the rare Macedonian juniper berries and a selection of exotic Indian herbs. Infused with butterfly pea flower post-distillation, Nisaki reveals a mesmerizing indigo hue and a captivating color-changing allure. Third Eye Distillery’s latest limited edition is aged in ex-sherry casks for over a year and infused with wild honey and cascara (the husk of cofee cherry). This cask aged gin is meant to be sipped on the rocks just like an old- fashioned cocktail and comes with a grapefruit garnish spray” with each bottle. This product presents a label and packaging that refects the very nature it draws inspiration from – India’s lush and diverse jungles.
