Our beautiful pale pink Dry Gin was inspired by the abundance of botanicals growing wild on our wine estate near Saint Tropez and living in an area steeped in the history of world-famous perfume trade, we set out on a new journey to create a truly unique and original gin.

The Citadelle Jardin D Ete (Summer Garden) has a intensely fresh nose with scents of citrus fruit (coming from yuzu, orange peel and candied lemon) and juniper berries being instantly recognizable. Our gin is made in a recognizably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, Akamatsu wood chips (Japanese red pine), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries. Bottled at 45.7% abv, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and pure ground water sourced from the famous sake-brewing district of Fushimi. Mastering not only the science of distillation as others have done before, but also the age-old art of blending, we separate the botanicals in our gin into 6 Elements: Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice and Fruity & Floral, and distil each category individually. Then we blend them in perfect harmony to create the distinctive KI NO BI flavour.
DelRey’s tangerine saffron gin evokes all the qual¬ities of an excellent gin spirit, but adds new layers with the interplay of saffron and tangerine. Notes of fresh organic juniper, sweet Spanish tangerines and luxuriant Indian saffron combine for a truly unique gin blend that leaves you craving for more! The Saffron used in the making of this gin is specially imported from an area near the foothills of the Himalayas in India. This botanical also gives this one-of-a-kind gin its striking yellow colour. This gin is citrusy and sweet on the nose. You’re greeted immediately with zesty tangerines and orange blossom, followed by an underlying sourish hint of the saffron. DelRey Tangerine Saffron Gin gives a full-mouth feel and has a long, soft finish.

Following the concept of shun, which suggests that food and drinks should be enjoyed in peak season to experience their ideal taste, each of these japanese botanicals found in roku gin are harvested in their ideal season to ensure the utmost freshness and flavour.not only are roku gin’s ingredients of the highest quality, many are also uniquely japanese and therefore, best understood by japanese artisans.
DelRey’s new Smoked Gin adds an earthy, unusual dimension to your Gin experience. Quite distinct from the classic London Dry, our Smoked Gin conjures up a smoky accent to your gin drink or cocktail. Accompanied by a rush of caraway, clove and seaweed flavours, the smokiness adds a savoury element to your drink. This gin is crafted with 12 distinct botanicals smoked in applewood and birch which enhance the signature piney and peppery flavour of the juniper. The resulting palate is smoky, accompanied by comforting undertones of roasted nuts and rich herbals.
Bobby’s Jenever gin is a modern interpretation of a classic jenever bottle. The creators Sebastiaan and David, have brought the classic ‘kruik’ bottle to the 21st century with a strong and modern interpretation of its shape and made in beautiful green glass. For this version they have collaborated with Herman Jansen based in Schiedam, the Netherlands. It is here, in the jenever capitol of the world, that Herman Jansen elaborated this malt wine gin distilled with juniper, lemongrass, cardamom and pepper.
Malfy Gin is made in Turin using lemons grown in Siciliy and on the Amalfi coast, as well as botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and cassia bark. The result is a refreshing gin that is perfectly suited to tonic, as well as making a fruity Negroni or Martini.
An Irish gin from made with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and star anise as well as vapour infused oriental lemon and lime, fresh grapefruit and gunpowder tea! It’s produced at The Shed Distillery, who are also making their own Irish pot still and single malt whiskeys.
VII Hills is an Italian Dry Gin made near Torino. Inspired by ancient Rome, the botanicals include rosehip, celery and pomegranate. This has been designed to make the perfect Italian Negroni, but will also add a herbal twist to a G&T, or other cocktails.
Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin is named after our grandfather, Jacobus Alfons, known to his friends and family as Bob or Bobby. It was his recipe that inspired us. It took us almost two years to make Bobby’s, a very fine and balanced distilled gin. Eight botanicals all separately distilled. No additives, sugars or extractions. Simply pure taste. A fresh take on a timeless classic.
Wolfrest is a Premium Distilled Dry Gin produced in Piedmont and made solely with botanicals cultivated and collected in Italy: Juniper berries come from Umbria, Pernambucco Sweet Orange (Liguria), Piedmont Eldel Flower and Langhe Botanicals: Bay Leaf, Thyme, Wild Rosemary, Hazelnut from our hills.
