The vapour infusion process used to create Star of Bombay London Dry Gin is slowed down to help increase the level of extraction of gin botanical oils from the Italian bergamot peel and South American ambrette seeds. The result of this longer distillation is that their ephemeral flavours combine with Bombay Sapphire’s ten signature botanicals, conjuring up a uniquely balanced, citrus and floral-flavoured gin of rich and intense aromas.

Luxardo London Dry Gin is the result of an accurate selection of nine botanicals such as juniper, coriander, iris, angelica, licorice, cinchona, cinnamon, cardamom and bitter oranges left in alcoholic infusion for twenty-four hours in our traditional copper pot stills before distillation. After nineteen days of refinement, the product is filtered, diluted and ready to be bottled.
